This Privacy Policy explains how FieldFusion handles personal data when you use the FieldFusion website, online store, web platform, mobile applications, customer support, and related services (together, the “FieldFusion Services”).

  • account information, subscription plan, license and activation information;
  • order, billing, tax, and transaction information. Payment-card details are processed by payment providers and are not stored by us in full;
  • support messages, survey responses, and other communications with us;
  • device, browser, IP address, log, cookie, analytics, and usage information;
  • field, machinery, task, prescription, operation, and report data that you choose to upload to or create in the FieldFusion Platform.

3. How we use personal data

We use personal data to provide and secure the FieldFusion Services; create and manage accounts; process orders and deliver activation codes; provide support; maintain integrations; communicate service notices; prevent fraud and misuse; comply with legal obligations; improve performance and usability; and, with consent where required, send marketing communications.
