Digital Delivery Policy

FieldFusion ADV and PRO are digital software licenses. No physical product is shipped.
How delivery works
- Your digital activation code is sent to the email address provided at checkout after payment confirmation and order review.
- No package, courier, tracking number, or physical delivery estimate applies.
- The license term is one year from activation unless the order states otherwise.
Use a valid email address
Please check the email address entered at checkout. Also check your spam or junk folder. If you do not receive your activation code or need us to verify an order, contact Service@fieldfusion.ag and include your order number.
Compatibility
Software features and equipment integrations can depend on your plan, device, region, and workflow. If you are unsure, contact us before purchasing so our team can help confirm compatibility.
Taxes
